After 17+ years building enterprise software — API platforms, open banking, payments and, most recently, multi-tenant pharmaceutical systems — I'm turning that experience toward smaller businesses: reimagining their ERP and everyday operational workflows through AI-led development, built leaner and faster than off-the-shelf software allows.

Two decades of building software has left me fluent in a handful of domains and the technologies that power them — here's where I go deep.
Product vision, pricing and KPIs for API platforms — the secure, governed exposure of data and services. OAuth2 and WebSocket go-to-market, gateway migration programmes, and commercial SKU strategy for positive-margin products.
PSD2 and Berlin Group delivery across multiple jurisdictions. API user journeys for limit orders, forward trades, payments, transactions and mass payments — designed from real use cases into epics and stories.
BCBS 239-aligned risk data aggregation, reporting and data lineage; data-governance for customer data flows, shaped into API specifications with architecture and compliance teams.
Design-Led Innovation PoCs and an Interaction Framework taken to market with Tier-1 banks — including a hands-on waterfall-to-Agile transformation of an innovation lab.
Roadmaps, backlog grooming, epics and stories, executive MBRs/QBRs and stakeholder management — run through JIRA, Confluence and Azure DevOps.
Product thinking grounded in how software is actually built: hands-on C#/.NET and VB6 development, MS SQL Server, full SDLC ownership and C# test-automation frameworks — plus senior QA for enterprise payroll and HRMS at national-tax-authority scale. I've sat in the developer's chair, the tester's chair and the product owner's chair, which is exactly why I can translate business requirements into specifications engineers can build without guesswork.
Described by what I did and the technology I did it with, rather than where. Roles run newest first.

This site is the beginning of a blog — a place to think out loud about what I'm building and learning. Soon I'll be writing about how small-scale businesses are adopting AI to automate their workflows, and sharing my journey reimagining ERP for them through AI-led development.
Part notebook, part reflection — written as I go, and growing over time. More to come.
